Summary:
The Assembler produces products by assembling and sub-assembling the interior of a frame. To be successful as an Assembler you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble all interior parts of frame (head, transom over mullions, sills and back panels). Assemble frame according to the skidding and release.
Use a variety of hand and power tools and other equipment’s, i.e. screw guns, drill guns, caulking guns, electrical stud welder, air gun, weld pin machine, crane and hoists, etc.
Must be able to read engineering blueprints / drawings.
Must be able to read measuring tape (Metric and Imperial)
Must adhere to all Company quality procedures.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment.
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
Following production guidelines and specifications.
Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.

Familiar and able to use a variety of air tools
Able to workday.
Able to work overtime.
Ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to read a tape measure.
Schedule:
Shift: Day Shift
Location: Concord
Work Time: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Work Term: Full Time, Contract
Immediate Hire/ With 2 weeks notice
Salary: $20-$21/hr (based on experience)
